Our Process

  1. Several information-gathering sessions are scheduled (on-site and/or by phone) to interview key potential users and stakeholders of the Sampleminded system. The purpose of these meetings is to get an understanding of your organizational processes, identify any existing problems you hope to solve, and to define the scope of the project. Based on these discussions, together we develop a series of user stories and an overall project plan (in phases if necessary).
  2. Working from the project plan, our Product Managers and Engineers work closely with you to configure existing tools and develop new tools or improvements where needed. Regular meetings are scheduled to share our progress and gather feedback from project stakeholders. Frequent preview releases and user focused testing allow course corrections to be made early. The project team also works with you to identify ways to ensure integrations with other systems are seamless, prepare you for regulatory compliance, and to optimize the overall efficiency of your operation.
  1. Once all agreed upon features are complete and tested, Sampleminded guides you through the launch process each step of the way—including validation, training, documentation, integration, data migration, and implementation. After launch, we are always there with you, making sure your system is properly cared for, your data is backed up and secure, and you have the support you need.
